Everyone is valuable to God and He desires everyone to find a genuine and authentic relationship with Him. Therefore, we will create safe environments where people can come as they are no matter what they have done or what choices they have made. We encourage and enable people, wherever they are in their spiritual journey, to take the next steps toward experiencing the authentic life in Jesus.

Effective outreach is about building genuine friendships with people in our relational world and sharing with them the authentic life we are experiencing in Jesus. We then invite them to safe environments where they can begin their own personal friendship with Jesus as we continue to walk with them on this journey.

When the church is following its God given mission, God will bring increase through changed lives. We will plan for and trust God to provide the necessary facilities and finances to support this growth.

Excellence honours and glorifies God and therefore we will strive for excellence in a gracious way in all that we do.

God desires his people to depend on Him in prayer. Therefore, the ministries and activities of the church will be characterized by a reliance on prayer in their conception, planning and execution.
Colossians 4:2-4; Acts 2:42
One of the key responsibilities of the church is to show mercy and seek justice by providing tangible, compassionate assistance and care to those who are in need, locally and globally. This will happen as individuals, groups and strategic partnerships provide immediate relief and ongoing support, hopefully leading to a greater level of independence.
