Facilitation Skills for facilitators and co-facilitators
 

This session is for current facilitators and anyone with an interest in being a facilitator or co-facilitator in the future.

These interactive sessions will help you:

• Employ facilitation skills with increased competence and ease
• Recognize the development stages of a group and apply the appropriate facilitation skills and group management techniques
• Deal effectively with challenging behaviours and conflict in a group

The topics we’ll cover include:

• Overview of our grief support group model
• Overview of facilitation
• Facilitation skills and techniques
• Group development
• Responding to challenging behaviours and conflict

Pre-requisite:  Griefwalk 101 and/or Coping Centre training.

Cost:  $20.00 (materials and food)
