Griefwalk offers a variety of groups and supportive resources designed to guide you through your unique grief journey. Over eight weeks, participants gather for learning and meaningful conversation in a safe, compassionate environment where grief and the pain that accompanies it can be acknowledged, understood, and gently healed.
Our groups provide practical tools, coping strategies, and a steady support network as you adjust to life after loss. Together, we explore how grief impacts every part of us — physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and spiritually.
Topics include understanding the three dimensions of grief, navigating overwhelming emotions, practicing mindfulness as part of healing, and learning how to move forward while honoring the life of your loved one.
Grief is a process, not a single event, and each person’s experience is different.
Before joining a group, participants complete a brief interview process. This begins with a conversation so we can better understand your loss and help ensure the group is the right fit for your needs.
