What we're talking about right now

Right now, youth are exploring some of Jesus' most life-changing teachings in a series we call, "If We Really Believe It." Together, we're looking at what happens when we don't just hear Jesus' words, but truly take them to heart and live them out. Through stories and conversations from the Gospel of Luke, students are discovering what it means to love God and love others, to pray and stay connected to God, to trust Him instead of worrying, and to forgive freely and often. Each week builds on the idea that when we believe what Jesus said and put his words into action, our faith grows - and the lives of those around us are transformed too.

Ready for more?

Plain and simple, we want our young people to:

  • discover more about Jesus
  • have fun
  • make friends
  • find acceptance
  • feel like they belong
  • ask questions
  • grow

We want God to be an important part of their lives as they navigate the years ahead. We want them to develop a strong foundation. We want to be the place where they feel loved and accepted and free to ask questions. We want them to experience the love of Jesus and have that love shape the way they live their lives.

We do that through music, games, and small group time. We offer students opportunities to develop their gifts and abilities by serving others whether through music, leadership or organizing special games. And over the course of the year, they get to participate in weekend retreats, large group events, life-altering conferences, and numerous service projects.

We think being part of a regular youth group helps students build their faith, confidence, and connection to others.
